Yes. I just had a 40 amp DC to DC charger installed in my AS so I can charge the lithium batteries while driving. Without solar panels this is my primary source of current to recharge my batteries.
Note that you only need a DC-DC converter for lithium as the charge voltage is higher than lead acid. If your trailer has traditional lead acid batteries then charging should happen as-is no problem.
