Blank SUNEXPLORER Display Panel

I have a 2018 30’ Classic that has a SUNEXPLORER II display panel for the solar system. The display panel is completely dark and I cannot seem to reactivate. I have pilled the cat5 from the back of the panel for 30sec as described in other troubleshooting tips, but no joy, House batteries are charged but I have been connected to 120V shore power. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

BRN25611, I suggest you give the good folks at Atkinson Electronics a call tomorrow. Here's their "contact page".

If you want to test the display, here's what I would do:

* Unscrew the head unit from the wall, disconnect the RJ45 cable.
* Locate the DC box in the curb side corner of the trailer and remove the cover. In it you'll find the Atkinson controller.
* Unplug the cable on the controller, and plug in a known good network cable and connect the other end to the display. If the display still doesn't work, it might have failed.

There are LED lights on the solar controller too. See if those light up.

I replaced my SunExplorer II unit display and controller from our 2019 Globetrotter with a Victron SmartSolar 100|30.
