Auto Generator start settings

I just got delivery of my 2021 Airstream 19 and I noticed I can turn on or off the automatic generator starts but the batteries were depleted and it never started even though the setting was on. This is the new CZone system and its not like the 2021 Atlas we also own. I looked through all the paperwork and there's no information on how to set the generator auto start to a quiet time a voltage situation or for the air conditioner. so I'm not sure why it has a feature to turn it on to auto start if it doesn't start I tried it with the air conditioner as well and it didn't do it. there's no videos and no information online to change settings if required. does anybody know what should be done or if it just doesn't work at all?

Was the propane system operational at the time?

I also noticed that it doesn't crank over when I hold the touch screen button sometimes I have to try several times before it will even crank over.

I'd say it's an "off to a dealer" sort of problem. Is it the CZone or the generator? Who knows. I can think of issues that could be doing this on either side. Indeed it could be something as silly as a power cable from the the battery to the generator that isn't tightened down properly..... Same sort of thing could happen with the control wire from the CZone ....

Is the genny set up to operate on the auto start feature? If so as they say, "Back to the drawing board."
