If it's like our '94 Excella, the pre-wire wire just terminates up front near the other wiring. Ours was just a single wire up there with the end wrapped in tape and labeled 'solar pre-wire'.
I assume that somewhere up on the roof, likely near an existing opening, is the other end of that wire where one could connect the feed from a solar panel after punching it through the roof somewhere.
In reality, the wire was too small of a gauge to be useful. It looked to be a 12ga wire at best, and was likely intended only for a small trickle charger type panel, not the larger solar arrays people are installing nowadays.
I just installed four 100w panels on the roof of my 25-ft trailer, and they are connected to the solar charge controller via a pair of 6ga wires. No way the factory wire would have been enough.
