23fb solar panels for under $400
I added two 100watt solar panels with control panel from Renolgy purchased from Amazon . Mounting hardware from Ace (rubber plug nuts and stainless screws ) added a sealed gel battery and box with on/off circuit breaker to isolate when you want back up incase you run two stock batteries dead. A wall mounted volt meter gives you the number anytime tank monitor switched on.
Solar kit $239.00
Volt meter $1.00
Battery box $9.99
Battery $139.99
Circuit breaker $6.99

Nice!
I to added two 100watt Renolgy but chose to keep them portable.
First trip this summer and wow do they work!
Full charge by 10 am and even during rain storms! So fun to watch the amps flow in!

Voltage?
Hi: I also mounted solar modules on my vintage 1955 and 1975 Airstream trailers and added extra batteries. I was wondering, with two 100-watt modules, what is the voltage DC of each? Did you connect them in serial or parallel before connecting them to your charge controller? Thanks.

Renolgy, say they run at max 18.9dc volts and I run mine parallel to the controller.
A lot of info out there, this is a blog of info I continue to refer to.

My intention is to be able to recharge the house battery and a trolling motor battery at the same time.
