2010 19cb factory solar - need help troubleshooting

We have a 2010 19ft (Victorinox) with the factory solar installed (single panel - 90w?). Since we bought it in July, we have never seen the SunExplorer show voltage coming from the PV panels. I have dropped the battery charge below 12.4v to try and get the Solar Charge Amps to read-out. It is always at 0v.

Is there a way to troubleshoot the panel otherwise? Are there fuses, other readout panels, resets?

I would like it to work, even if it is just trickle charging the batteries while parked at home.
