What's this piece of Bargman called?

I'm rebuilding a pair of Margman 98's and the backing plate has some little pieces that the lens screws fasten into. I'd like to replace them but haven't got a clue as to what they might be called. Any help appreciated as always :-)

Those are captured nuts .

You could replace them with Nut Serts .

Thanks for your reply; I guess I could use rivnuts or maybe even well nuts too. Next step is cleaning and rebuilding :-)

Done

I ended up using 6-32 wellnuts and rubber bushing bonded together sandwiched around the backing plate. I'm pretty pleased with it and ended up switching from two bulb holders to just one but added a wired ground too.
