Trying to figure out lights

On my 66 safari the wiring plug is colored this way, with the notch facing up:

1 o'clock green
3 o'clock red
5 o'clock white
7 o'clock yellow
9 o'clock brown
11 o'clock blue
center is black

With the trailer battery hooked up and I jump across various connectors I get these:

First off is it possible that blue could be my power/hot wire?

blue and red = one light of dual element bulb street side

blue and brown = one light of dual element curb side

blue and green = 2 lights one element bulb and the other element of the dual element bulb on both the street and the curb side

blue and white = nothing
blue and yellow = nothing
blue and black = nothing

Now then I don't know anything about wiring this up to the TV but it appears that the blue wire is power right?
If that's the case then what is the wire that will run the electric brakes...
Sorry but I am confused and am looking for advice ...Anyone?
