Shore Power Cord
We have the grey Furrion (Fussion?) power cord that comes standard with the trailer. My wife was trying to hook it up to shore power without me (not to imply that I'm necessary, but I wasn't there to see the even). She got a "pop" and a blue spark at the house outlet. Eventually I got the power flowing from the home outlet through the shore power outlet, and the "shore power" outlets on the trailer are now on, as are the microwave clock. But ... none of the AC/DC lights work.
Two questions.
1. On that handle type fitting that's the male side of the cord, there used to be a blue light that shone through the handle. Now it's not on. Was that an indicator of current or ground? I thought it was power, but even though the power is clearly flowing through to the "shore power" outlets in the trailer, that light isn't on. Could it have blown?
2. Is it possible that somehow "we" blew the fuses for the 12 v system while doing whatever we did with the 110 v?
