Running lights on trailer blow truck fuse at 35 mph

My 2003 Safari running lights, when hooked up as per factory specs, when speed hits about 35 mph. I have installed a cheap set of running lights (Walmart specials) and they work fine. I have disconnected each of the running lights at the light, checked for a ground - found none. Cannot get the back taillight assys off to check them due to Airstream design - they attach from the inside of the skin.

I have changed out the umbilical thinking that may be the problem. No.

Any suggestions.

Sounds like an intermittent short in the wiring that only occurs when road vibration is present. There is nothing on those circuits that should be affected be trailer speed.
