Replacing old ceiling lights

Looking for ideas and advice on replacing the four old, cracked, yellowing low hanging ceiling lights in our 28' Argosy. Each light has a switch, and there is no wall switch. I wish we could go with the super low profile LEDs, but how do I run and wire in a rocker switch for them? Ideas, maybe a few pics would be appreciated.

Thanks
