Question Overhead Light Switch "HI-LIGHT-LO"

I have a 1993 34' Excella and need a replacement for the subject switch. While inspecting the switch, it fell apart in my hands and one of the connectors on the back broke off. The switch has six (6) connectors on the backside of switch. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Mark

Mark.

How about a photo.

If I remember correctly, that switch is NLA, but, just in case, a photo would help.

I have the same switches in my 87 Excella. The one on the bedroom ceiling works fine, but the one near the entrance door only works on high (and then only 2 bulbs of the 6 in the fixture light up). I pried the switch off its base and saw that one lead was missing . . . and the loose wire in the wall sparked when I tried to get at it. So it is booked for repair at Jackson Center for Dec 1st.

Sorry folks, but that switch has not been available from Airstream for some time.

As of today, Airstream does not have that dpdt switch, as well as no plans to obtain a replacement.

We will see if we can find a source, when we have time.

Good info here on page 4 to understand you switch design.
If the switch is burnt? can you clean and re-solder it?

That sucks!

However, when it comes to older odd-ball parts, there is a place in Quartzsite AZ(I think it was called the Joker) that has all sorts of stuff. Last year I saw that they had a set of mirrors for my (then) 1994 LY motorhome. When one of mine was damaged as part of a hit-and-run accident, the local AS dealer in Ottawa had to have it remanufactured at a machine shop. I'll be in Quartzsite in January and I'll look for those switches.

We are waiting for a shipment to arrive that will have that DPDT center off switch in it.

It looks like it will be the answer, but I will wait until it's in my hands.

Hey there, I know this is an old post, but does anyone know if replacements for these are available? Or any aftermarket product that would fit?

None available. I've had them replaced at JC with SPST rocker switches.
