Lightbulb Overhead Light Controls

On our 2019 FC 27FBQ (just purchased) there are two light switches on the sink cabinet at the main entrance. Both switches have dimmer controls. When I activate the top switch not LED overhead lights in the dining area as well as the kitchen area come on. The bottom switch appears to control nothing. Before I tear into the switches has anyone experienced the same issue? Is the bottom switch an extra or are the lights wired wrong? I have schematics on order from AS.

Thanks as always

The second switch on my 19FC ended up being the awning light/dimmer.

Do I ever feel like a BOZO...if I had read the owners manual I would have discovered that an awning LED strip comes standard....Thanks again.

No worries. After my purchase I didn't extend the awning for 4 months. So, I was wondering for quite a while... I don't need no manual!
