Lights are 12 volts, and are powered by the converter/charger if you don't have any battery installed, like Nick mentioned above...
If the microwave isn't working, you'll have to check the voltage where it's plugged in - get a multi-meter and check the AC voltage (115 volts AC)...if there's no voltage at that receptacle, then it's probably a circuit breaker that powers that receptacle...
It's possible that both receptacles (converter & microwave) are on the same AC circuit, and that the refer's AC power is on that circuit as well...
You mentioned you 'checked' the circuit breakers - in an older RV, it's entirely possible the circuit breaker itself is faulty - switch the breakers on and off several times to see if there is any 'difference' in the way they 'feel' when tripped to see if one is loose inside - if that fails, you'll have to remove the panel cover (with the AC power OFF, or unplugged from your pole) and check breaker with a multi-meter...
Breakers are not very expensive, and you can find a replacement at a hardware store - take in the old breaker to get the proper type...
Good luck...
