Need some help locating a light fixture

Howdy folks. I'm in need of some light fixtures, or at least replacement lenses for them. Total of three - two for the front, one for the step light. Below is the pic of what I have. I would be much obliged if someone could point me to a source for them. It'd really "light up my life!"
