Yes it worked on my 2006 Cayenne. Sorry it didn’t solve your problem.

Yeah, it is odd as the Porsche and Audi SUVs share quite a few parts...obviously the Macan is a much closer relative to the Q5, but I would expect their implementation of failed signal bulb detection to be pretty similar. Apparently not though, so I'll just accept that it blinks a lot and looks like its on a taxiway waiting for clearance for departure.

Problem solved - update
I posted recently about a turn signal issue on our trailer. I couldn’t figure it out. Turn signals flashed weakly on the non signal side. I bought a tester and both turn signals flashed when either was active. I checked on a friend’s trailer and the same thing happened. Chevy dealer checked the truck and said no problems. I went to our Airstream dealer to pick up a part and asked around for the second time. A salesman offered to let us test an adapter because of the LED trailer lights and problem solved. We tested on a trailer at the lot before purchasing it. Relieved. Posting a picture in case it can solve someone else’s headache.

^^ I can't tell from your picture but is that the same adapter that I linked in post #18 above?
