Just need to replace a couple of electrical sockets

Ok, we have obviously burned half of a electrical socket in our trailer. Glad no fire. I was going to replace it but it is not your usual socket. Guess you guys know that but I did not. So would ODM have them and how do you remove that cable to it? Help!

Does yours have a electrical box or is it just mounted into the wall.
If there is no box, search for "mobile home receptacle".

This does not look easy. Just ordered a plug from ODM. We shall see.

If you have this one, http://odmrv.com/catalog/index.php?m...oducts_id=1649 it's pretty easy. The wires press into slots that cut into the wire to make contact. Then the back cover presses on.

So I guess you do not need the tool to press them down and put the back on?

It can be done by hand.
Search "Mobile Home Receptacle". I know there is at least one you tube video that shows how.
