Interior Overhead Lights went dim

Hi everyone…I am a Newbie here. I have a 2012 25' Flying Cloud.
Last weekend I was plugged into shore power at a campground.
Used a 50 amp to 30 amp plug in. I had the Use/Store switch in the "Use"
position. Two days later I went to turn on my overhead lights and they would
only go to dim. I looked at the Indicator panel above the sink and the
battery indicator light was red and blinking. If I was on shore power
why would my battery light be red and blinking and my lights go dim?
Thank you for your help. I appreciate you!

For whatever reason, your converter was not charging your batteries.

Did you flip the shore power breaker on?

I had the same problem this summer. Found the plug on the converter had vibrated loose from the receptacle. Plugged it back in and everything was ok.
