Interior lights and water pump not working 77 argosy minuet

I had this camper plugged in with an extension cord for a long time and I seem to have overloaded some plug ins or something bc my breaker tripped and cut off everything. I flipped it back and all my plugs work now, but still no lights, water pump, or radio. I found a chewed wire that I spliced back together and wrapped with electrical tape. I've also found a wire that is just loose and not hooked up like the rest. It's the only wire with an inline fuse in it. Not sure where it goes. Any help would be much appreciated and I'll respond with more pictures and info as we start to solve this thing. I've included a video, and sometimes that loose wire will touch the shell of the camper and I can feel some current when I touch the door so that wire is hot.
