Inoperative LED Light Over Kitchen Counter

One of the "Hockey Puck" LED lights over the kitchen counter stopped working in out '16 International Serenity. I checked voltage and am getting 13.2 volts.

The LED component is hardwired (soldered) into the fixture.

How do I repair this? Do I solder a new LED component in, or replace the entire hockey puck? I can't figure how to remove the puck. I appears to have been installed from above and is inaccessible.

In the pictures, I have removed the lens and unscrewed the LED component

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Jim
