Willyd,
When we got ours a couple years back the doorbell did not work (we only have one door). Finally traced the problem to the switch itself. It is located on the top of the grab handle by the door. It looked like the weatherseal had decayed which allowed water in, corroding the guts of the switch.
Is it a lighted button outside and if so, is the working one burning and not the other?
Bill

WOW!! A doorbell??? Not to mention two!!! Well, there is always the battery operated systems at wally world!!! I had to remove the hard wire for my doorbell from my home and ended up deciding on the wally brand with batteries....They work GREAT for both the front and back doors of my home. Considering my home was built in 1913 and has stucco walls and I usually can not hear anything--these have worked out better than the hardwire doorbells I had gotten at Lowe's!! Cheaper too!!
