Battery Disconnect or Converter Problem?

I've not seen my problem on other threads...

We have 2016 30' Classic with the "old school" battery disconnect switch. Out of the blue, when plugged into shoreline power, but with the disconnect switch in the "store" position all 12V functions (lights, fans, etc.) no longer work, but all 110V functions and outlets DO work, AND the red light goes off when I switch to "store." When I switch to "use" the red light comes on and 12V systems work as do 110V systems. However, I'm not sure batteries are getting charged since I use an external Battery Tender Plus 4A smart charger.

Solenoid makes "clicking" sounds, all breakers in the panel are on and seem operational.

Has anyone seen something like this?
