Awning led lighting - fuse issue and led lighting strip alternative

Hello:

The LED lighting strip under my awning on my 2017 International failed because the connection got crushed when I closed the awning. I fixed the connection and taped it down but still no power to the strip. The simple answer was the right one. I blew the fuse, which hides behind the dimmer switch. Replaced that and that fixed the problem. So if you're looking for the fuse for the outside LED lighting, it's behind the dimmer switch. Please see attached photos for reference.

And I previously replaced the LED strip with an aftermarket variety and they work fine for about $50 with shipping. See link.

Good luck,

Dan.

To strip or not to strip. That is the question. mjmcwhorte Cabinets, Counter Tops & Furnishings 2 01-16-2006 09:10 AM
