Above Bunk Lighting?

In the remodeling of our "78" Ambassador, the 12v lights at the head of the bunks disappeared. I'd like to replace them with something unique and fitting with the tropical theme of our Airstream. Looking for any thoughts, suggestions, pictures of what others have done. Thanks!

Bob,
I do. They are not unique to Airstream but unique to that year.

Actually, I like the original lights, they have a shelf that I find handy for things that are small that I need often. Like my wallet, car keys, a plastic tub I put my change in, a box of Kleenex, and on and on.

I am tempted to replace the lamps with something in LED configuration. They do seem to get warm.
