71 Tailight reflectors

1.Does the tailight reflector just pry out?

2. Can I put in another color like blue?

3. Is it possible to put in an additional tailight to replace the reflector without removing the twilight or interior skin?

These taillights were used I think from 65 to early 70s. Still looking for an answer on removing/ replacing the reflector. I suspect it just prys out and is attached with adhesive backing, but would like to know for sure before I bust something.

Replacing that space with a second taillight is a good idea; I had not thought of that! The plastic part of the reflector has adhesive that attaches it to the metal disc surrounding it; If I remember right, that metal disc is then screwed into the larger light/reflector fixture. I have the quarter panels off my '69 (looks like the exact same fixture); I will take a look when I have a chance and let you know what it would take to do w/o removing the panels.

The reflector does just pop out of a thin metal bezel and is attached with an adhesive pad. Nothing is screwed in. Putting in a 2nd tailight would require more modification I am ready for right now.
