'65 tail lights

I have tail light cans with two light holes. The red stop light is on the outside.
There is nothing on the inside space. Is this for a reflector or backup lights?
Picking up this week so have only seen pics.
Are these metal or fiberglas?

That should be a standard reflector, you can usually pick those up at any Auto parts store, trailer supply or RV shop. Usually just a peel and stick.

The reflectors are 3 inches in diameter for your 65.
