Will oldtoilet seal work with new floor?

I'm putting engineered vinyl floor (1/4 inch thick) in my 2004 25ft classic. The toilet floor flange will not longer be 1/4" taller than the floor, it will be close to level when floor is finished. Will the old rubber toilet gasket from my Thetford "Bravura" toilet work or do they make a larger one?
