They had to remove the bath, desk, etc and replace floor. Not a fun or inexpensive job. At least a few thousand $.

Same issue. Should do prep demo myself. Budget for hiring it out? Any info would be great.

Mine had the same problem. I took it back to Jackson Center. The wall to wall carpet did not help either. The took everything out. New sub floor, repared out riggers. All good now.. It took 6 months.
