Any chance you might still see this thread?
Same issue. Should do prep demo myself. Budget for hiring it out? Any info would be great.
Port Angeles, dummy who just bought one due to size and layout.

Mine had the same problem. I took it back to Jackson Center. The wall to wall carpet did not help either. The took everything out. New sub floor, repared out riggers. All good now.. It took 6 months.
