Trap Adjustment Aqua-Magic Toilette
2004 Safari. Came with the above toilette. One foot pedal operation. Depress half way and the water valve opens filling the bowl. Depress fully and the trap opens and the bowl empties.
When the pedal is depressed fully the valve opens but sticks open. Appears to be opening too far and catching on the edge of the drain hole. It won't return.
Want to adjust the mechanism so that the trap doesn't fully open when the foot pedal is fully depressed.
Anyone else run into this problem? Does the toilette need to be removed in order to make any adjustments.
