Hello
I just bought a
1964 Globetrotter, and I'm sure that I will many many questions. But to start I was removing the entire batroom out of my little GT, the tub/sink/toilet surround all came out fine, but that left me with just the china bowl and the alloy base of my original thetford toilet standing there on top of the black tank. When I tried to remove the toilet the alloy base just crumbled and fell right off the closet bolts. My question is, has anyone found a way to replace the base of this toilet, or do I need to replace the entire unit. What would be a suitable replacement that wouldn't bugger up the original toilet bench. Thanks a bunch for your help.
Ben
