Toilet and Tank Vent pipe plcement

I have a problem with the location of my vent pipe and my toilet.

The vent pipe exits too close to the toilet and I'd like to get some knee room by moving it towards an adjoining wall.

The best I can think of is to cut the abs pipe, add elbows top/bottom, run it inside the adjoining wall, and case-in the exposed elbow at top/bottom.

Figuring not a huge deal as it is just an vent pipe..

Any recommendations/concerns/alternatives ?

I rerouted the vent in our Argosy without a problem. If you are going behind what appears to be a wall in you drawing and then coming back thru at the top to the original vent location I would suggest using two 45 degree elbows at the top and bottom instead of two 90 degree elbows at each location.
