Thetford Style II toilet model 42059/replacing

I have a Thetford Style II low profile toilet that developed a leak, because of a cracked water inlet. The water inlet is molded into the lower stand. I called three RV places to find out the water inlet is not a replaceable part. I called Thetford and asked to purchase the lower stand for my china bowl. They told me the part could not be replaced and I would have to buy a new toilet. They have replacement parts for their toilets except the water inlet and they will not sell you half of the toilet

Information for people who maybe shopping for a new RV toilet.

Wow, I looked at the Style II and then the Style Plus from Thetford. I eventually ordered the SeaLand Traveler 500 Plus low profile due to some of the recommendations from posts on the forum.

Just wondering if the SeaLand Traveler low profile is a comfortable toilet. Seems like it's way too low. I'm replacing an 18" tall toilet with a porcelain one and I'm not sure if I want to go with low profile or not. Any input?

I put a tall Traveler in my Excella. I can't imagine why anyone would want one of the low ones unless it just had to fit under something or had the raised tank on top of the floor. Also, the Traveler Lite has a flimsy plastic seat/lid. The regular Traveler has a much nicer seat/lid. Of course, regular seats/lids will fit, but the one with the regular Traveler means you don't need to go out and buy a nice one for something new.

Back when I put the first one in I was clueless. It was my first restoration and my first trailer. When I discovered that the toilet had to be replaced I bought a standard Sealand and it works and great.
