The construction under the toilet

Is there any plywood between the holding tank and the plastic cover or is the toilet weight supported by the tank only? The toilet on my 1980 International 25ft (washroom is at the back end of the trailer) has pushed the plastic cover and the tank down about a 1/2" to 3/4" at the point where the toilet sits.

The stress on the plastic has been enough to crack it where the toilet is fastened and I hope the holding tank has not been cracked as well. Before I take it apart I would like to know how this was constructed.

Does anyone have an idea on how this can be re-inforced?
