Shower head hanger

My 2023 International shower head hanger has broken on the female side. It has a female part attached to that head that hangs on a wall mounted hook.
Shower head says Delta. Jackson center says they never used Delta parts. I bought the camper new. Delta factory help line says it was not their shower head.
Any idea how to get the broken part.i don't know how to attach pictures

A solid brass version (like this: https://www.kingstonbrass.com/produc...olished-chrome) is what we have had for years in our Airstream shower.

Perhaps your dealer installed it.
