Shower Enclosure for the 54 FC

Good Morning and happy Thanksgiving To you all!

Since I have a 4 day weekend and don't have to go the grandma's house for dinner........

I am in the planning stages regarding how I am going to put a shower/toilet in the 54 FC. What I am thinking is getting my hands on a newer Bambi wet bath system and installing that.

Two questions:
1. What is the size of the enclosure? I need to determine where it will fit so I need to know what the measurements are.
2. Is there anyplace that will sell me the enclosure parts?

As always thanks for any direction that can be provided!

I would think the new Bambi wet bath would be to big for a '54 + the curves would be wrong. Soldiermedic removed a 2'x2' wet bath from his 53 FC and you could hardly move in it. He is still working out his plan. Maybe you should look at european Airstreams ... they have different floor plans we can't get.
On another point, is your 59 traveler a 22' twin axel world traveler?

No the 59 is a single axle trailer. Its the trailer in the photo.

Anyone out there have a Bambi or a Safari that they can measure the shower wet bath enclosure?

Thanks again.

I do not know if that newer Bambi wet bath enclosure is one piece floor to ceiling, but if it is, it will not fit without significant modification to the upper portion because of Airstream roof shape change that occurred in 1994. Airstream roofs are now more square than there were in 1954.
