Replaced sink faucet with pull out spray type.

The PO had replaced the sink faucet we think, its delta so not sure if OEM or not, but have been thinking about replacing it with pull out sprayer type vs the regular type off to the side with the stiff hose we struggles with pulling out to use.

So while in home depot in, get this, oct of 2106 we find and buy the faucet we liked. Yes its been sitting in a box in our moved out college kids old room aka "airstream room". With travel, kids doing stuff, and schedules this was not a priority till now.. While looking for paper towels under the sink cabinets noticed some moisture in the back of shelve. In doing some more investigations it was coming from the sprayer part of faucet. We just came back from 4 days camping at NPS campground Frisco on outer banks in NC with teh sprayer pulled out and hanging in sink to catch water. So today my schedule was light and i had a chance to get the replacement done. here are photos of the event.

Also installed pump soap dispenser in spray hole to take a bottle off the countertop.

top photo shows the faucet to be removed.

second is the water lines after i removed the hoses

next is all the holes they put in counter top.. my guess is OEM was not a single level type but separate handles.

bottom shows the soap holder and where i need to cut out the back of cabinet to allow room for bottle to attach.

second picture, you see all the old stuff and how long the lines were.

last but not least the complete job.. wife was happy so it was WIN...

complete job took about an hour with time spent to get stuff, find tools etc.
