No water to toilet
I'm betting that this is one of those things that everybody but me knows. I just bought an '86 Argosy, and all of the faucets have water to them when the pump is turned on, but I can't get water into the toilet. I suspect that there is a valve somewhere but I can't find it. I push down on the small pedal which is supposed to run water into the bowl, but nothing happens. I have the manual which has no info about this, although it does show a hand sprayer which I also don't see. Can anyone help me on this? Could the toiled have been replaced somewhere along the line?
Thanks in advance, Oak

Curious
Have you checked to see if the cut-off, is in fact turned on?? Also, be prepared just in case it leaks.~!

toilet cut-off?
If the cut-off is a very small valve on the back of the toilet, I turned that a number of times and it neither stopped nor seemed to do any good.
Nice try, but I'm still lost. Thanks buckets, Oak

If the water sprayer is gone then someone maybe rebuilt the water lines. Follow the toilet water back and you might find another cut off. My '72 Argost has the shut off under the bathroom sink cabinet.
If that dont work then start thaking joints apart till you get water.

Skid marks
It didn't originate with me.
Years ago, a friend had a beautiful sign made up in old English script hanging in the head in his sailboat reading "Please erase your own skid marks." First thing I thought of when I saw the question.

water to toilet
Ed,
Thanks for the thought about the water lines maybe rebuilt. I guess I'll just have to start digging up water lines, and as you say, taking apart joints until I find water.
I appreciate the help!

Chamber pots are so old fashioned. I thought that's why the windows open!

Water sprayer.
Hmmmm. Well that may be the intended use, but in my opin that water sprayer is just about the most useless thing I have ever seen. The foot pedal operated water is equally poor. We keep a gallon jug of water in the WC for wash out and heaven help the person who uses too much TP. JLD

Water sprayer
The flush in a RV toilet has very little force. The sprayer in mine works very effectively to erase "skid marks" or wash away some toilet paper that resists the flush.
I consider the sprayer a great water saver when I'm without hookups.
