Need bumpers under toilet seat..

I just can't seem to locate those lozenge style rubber bumpers that fit under the toilet seat.
Tried every hardware & plumbing store in the country (slight exageration).
Any suggestions as where to look next?

Not supposed to repair or replace parts, expect you to install a new toilet
On my home toilet I found a nice new seat when bumper broke and fell off, replacement seat all plastic and no separate bumpers, now the hinge broke on it. Must be all the abuse it gets, lifting all the time.
