Masserating Toilet on FC loose..

Hello All! We have a 2017 FC. My toilet is loose on the pedestal, it slides side to side about an 1". I had it fixed, supposedly, at my dealer, it still is loose. I tried tightening the screws a bit to no avail. I looked at a schematic for the toilet and it looks like just tightening the screws would do it. It appears the screw goes through a slot and then tightens up against the underside of the pedestal. I have a bit of time before our next trip so I would like to fix it. Is it a big job to unscrew it and lift the toilet up a bit? With all the water lines and drain it appears to be a hassle. Anybody else have this problem. Thanks in advance for any help!!
Keep on travelin'!
