Level or slope

Finally installing the fiberglass puzzle also know as the bathroom in our '69 sovereign 31'. This sounds like a dumb question, but is proving to be one of great significance and headache! How much slope do you need from the shower drain to the new gray tank. Ah, yes, new gray tank. There's room for at least an 1" in a bit over two feet. Causes problems though, because then we have to raise tub slightly which throws off all seven pieces of fiberglass puzzle and blah, blah... Someone say it can practically be parallel and it will still drain... Please! Lol

1/4" drop per foot for a drain, but in a tight spot, 1/8" is ok. Horizontal is not ok because the hair will not move along well and too much (several inches per foot) means the hair will get left behind as the water flows too fast. You are cool for a shower.
