West Marine

Happypill (cool name) -

We used INTERLUX Perfection Two-Part Polyurethane from West Marine. It's very thin and takes 2 coats. We're really happy with the finish. We've only camped in it twice, but I've used Interlux products on boats before and they last outdoors for years.

We used a product called Renew from Home Depot. It took two kits and the only color they stocked was white which is what we wanted anyhow.Looks good so far.

I used Rustoleums 2 part professional epoxy system on my bath and sink. Comes in about 8 colors, and the only place I could find it was at Grainger. You will want to spray apply it, or you will get roller or brush marks. You will want to top coat it with a polyurethane, and I used the Interlux perfection product that 65CV spoke of. It is awesome, and has held up great. Shines bright and looks sharp!

We used a product called TileDoc (XIM) we got at Sherman Williams. It comes as a 2 part epoxy in white. The box says it can be tinted but we used it as white. Maybe SW can tint? Says you can brush it on but we used a cheap auto sprayer that came with our compressor and it covers really well, looks like porceline but flexible. Seems to be very durable from my scratching and playing around with the pieces but we haven't reinstalled and used the bathroom yet. Here are some picts of use spraying it on (scroll down some to see them)

There is a product called "Tubby" that was used in the AS reno on the Classic Rides show, that is posted on Youtube.com. It comes in colors.

Order TUBBY Kit (Tubby website)

I used Interlux Epoxy Primekote followed by Interlux Brightside one part polyurethane. Originally I planned to use Interlux Perfection which is a two part polyurethane but decided on the Brightside because of the greater selection of colors. The shower pan is painted and looks great. Have not used it yet. Be sure to follow the application instructions whichever polyurethane finish you select. Thinning with the proper brushing solvent is critical to getting a good finish. Ask me how I know this!
