Fresh water leak to toilet

Well here is another well engineered system for Airstream. I started to find water around the back of the toilet in our 2009 25FB Classic. What I found was the engineer installed a shut off valve in the line, that’s a great idea, however they installed it where you could not turn it. So I cut the line and installed a new valve near the floor and a flex hose so the toilet could move and not brake the ridged line. This is a photo of the old installation. See the valve? The Valve has started to leak for the handle. [ATTACH]
