Any suggestions on what adhesive to use to attach FRPs to the painted aluminum panels in my Argosy shower?

You need to scratch up that paint,then I believe a good butyl caulk would be good for the sides.For the corners,I would use Polyseamseal. Dave

You could also look into one of PL's specialty adhesives:
