Different Shower Door?

I really don’t like the shower door that Airstream puts in. I have looked at some different types, but too often they are for larger openings, and mine is a tad over 25”; not real big. The thing I hate about it is water gets all over the floor once it is opened.

What I would like to do is put something in that is more like the Nautilus that rolls up into a housing and then wipes the water out as it retracts. But alas the sizing is an issue.

Anyone out there come up with a solution?

Cheap, low tech solution: squeegee the door down before opening. Makes a huge difference. How do I know? I have been trained both at home and in Airstream by my smarter, and more beautiful better half.

Problem. Cramped quarters for squeege. I do that at home with far more room. And besides I still don't like the door. I would like to be able to keep the door open for awhile to air the shower out a bit with the fan going after I spray cleaner on fiberglass (non-toxic) without the door hanging open in the hallway. So not a solution. Sorry.

And actually I talked to Nautilus and they said it is doable with their door.

Shower door

Our solution was to put up a tension rod and shower curtain to keep the glass door dry. Works perfectly. No more mopping up every time !

Vinnie just posted about a Nautilus shower door that looks promising.......https://www.instagram.com/reel/C2DXOvky-nT/

OOPS! SORRY. I see that OP mentioned that Nautilus size is wrong for him.
