Above counter/vessel sink: porcelain or acrylic or ?

We are looking into utilizing an above counter/vessel sink in the bathroom of our 1961 Tradewind renovation.

Our main question is what is the most durable material for these to be made out of for RV use?

We have seen materials including porcelain, acrylic, ceramic, galvanized steel, glass, synthetic, etc.

What have fellow Airstreamers used with success? Links to actual products and/or pictures would be much appreciated!

1985 sovereign. Copper (dual wall) vessel sink. Be sure to seal it onto the countertop (we used corian from previous house kitchen remodel). The pex to the house-type faucet was a challenge. Used top mount copper sink for galley. There we got a Dura faucet for RV and Pex connection much easier with Dura.
