2013 Classic 30 shower door sweep

Is this the correct shower door sweep for my 2013 Classic 30?
How does it install?
This one is on Out of Doors Mart's website.

How do you install it?
Does it slide into a track from the inside corner of the shower door?

When you get the new one you will see the top edge has a ridge that you push up into a channel. Then trim off excess length with a razor blade. It’s a 2 minute job. Best to lay on floor to see everything. Takes longer to get back up off floor than do install.

So...
Currently there is still part of it in the track?
It has broken along the narrow part just below the part that is still in the track?
Maybe if I am able to get the part that is still connected out first without tearing it I can just pull the part still in the track out?

If it what I experienced the door is dropping due to the pathetic design. The door is hanging on a nylon plug that fits into the door frame extrusion. Eventually the door will continue to drop and come in contact with the sill. Then the door will jam and will need to be lifted to open and close. I took mine off and designed my own using Lexan. There is another door available and being used by Airstream. I saw it at Can Am in London Ont. it is callled Nautilus and I think the company that supplies it is Stoett or something like that. This is a neat idea where the door rolls into a storage post at one side. The door is made from a flexible plastic that cleans as it slides into it’s storage.

I have a 2017 Classic and my door sweep tore as well. I just pulled it out. Got word today that AS is sending a new one my way.

Not the case in my Classic 30.
Sweep is just old and worn.
Shower door is not sagging or dragging.

Don't Let It Go Too Long

When the plastic door sweep starts to come off, best to address it right away. Best way to do that is to lay down on the floor under the door and punch it back in with your fingers. We learned all this the hard way.

With our first shower door, we would slide the plastic door sweep back in from the side but the door wouldn't open correctly so we decided to just get rid of the shower sweep. BIG MISTAKE. It was a nice convenient solution for a little while; then the door started to sag and you had to lift it to open and close it. All that lifting and increased downward gravity from the weight of the sagging door eventually caused the nylon plug at the top of the door to break and that eventually led to the nylon plug at the bottom of the door breaking as well. When both break, the door falls off. That was our reward for procrastination and not getting it addressed during a long summer voyage.

In summary, protect the integrity of the nylon plugs by IMMEDIATELY reinstalling the plastic shower sweep when it starts to come loose which will inevitably happen. Now that we do that, the door opens and closes as it should, there is no sagging door problem and no unreasonable wear and tear on the nylon plugs that secure the door to the door frame.

Hope this helps.

None of those issues with my door.
Sweep is just old and worn.
New one on the way from Out-of-Doors Mart.
I'd say this is addressing as quickly as I can.
Go camping.
See shower door sweep dangling.
Come home.
Order door sweep.
Door sweep in mail from Out-of-Doors Mart
Can't get much more prompt than that.
All in a week's time.
