1990 Airstream 345LE Motorhome

I have a question about a toilet "valve" problem in a 345 class A that my neighbor at the East Tawas RV Park is having. I own a 30 Excella and of course we airstreamers seek each other out when in search of an answer to a problem. So........He says the "valve" which he described as a ball will not close. His question is: "How difficult is it to repair". "Will a dealer ship the new part to this RV park?"
He and I just spoke and I have not seen the problem but I have internet here and offered to ask the forum members this question.
Thanks
R Taylor

Thanks,

I recognize the name as a foremost authority and supplier of information and parts across the USA. I will make the suggestion to my new friend. It occured to me that I should submit some photos. Tomorrow when the sun is right I'll take a couple and send them along.
