Hi
It's not real clear why we need two threads on the same topic. Typically it will take a couple of days to come up with reasonable answers on something like this. Most only scan the forum once every day or two.

Hi
No problem, sometimes the chipmunks powering the database seem to get a bit tired. Things *slow down*. It just gets really confusing answering the same question in two identical threads, both for the responder and the OP.

Any RV toilet should work.

I had to replace the toilet in my 68 Trade Wind. Only one would fit due to the way the bathtub surround was made. I don't know if the bath in yours is the same as a TW.
Post a pic of the bath area if you can. I don't remember the exact model but have the paper work somewhere if you need me to look for it. Just send me a PM to remind me if you want me to look.

yes it has a molded plastic frame around the toilet with a cut out cubby around the top. low profile toilet may work just hoping someone had done the upgrade and would know.
Thanks George

original 1968 fitment
The Dometic/Sealand 910 Traveler is the original toilet to my GT. It fits the space well. It is very rebuildable, all parts available online. Nice porcelain bowl.
The height, of any toilet should not exceed 15.5” if you want to incorporate the original “Dressing Seat” design that rests on the tub. The seatback covers a hole that Airstream labels as a “Hamper”. The original folding dressing seat was hot seamed vinyl. They wore out.
The old Airstream brochure names the 67/68 configuration a “Penthouse Bath”.

Your pics sure bring back memories. My bath in about the same shape. I used a 2 part expoxy paint on the tube and lav and Fusion on the surrounds pieces. 8 years later all is still looking like new. Good work on the seat.
