Epoxy or fiber reinforced Epoxy. May have to paint it to blend the color in.

The 65 bathroom is not plastic like later models. This is real fiberglass. You can repair with fiberglass mesh and fiberglass resin available at a good auto parts store or auto paint supply store. Then you can use Bondo, or other brand fiberglass filler. They make fiberglass reinforced version if you are worried about durability. Lots of sanding to get smooth. I repaired lots of cracks and even some holes in our 65 Caravel with this method. Afterword you can paint the whole bathroom with POR-15 Urethane Industrial Top Coat. This two part urethane is rock hard when dry. It is solid white and will make your bathroom look brand new when done. Get it here...

My sink top in my 65 was not fiberglass. I think it was some type of plastic (abs?). I had a body shop repair it with fiberglass mesh, cracked during winter! I ended up getting a stainless top made.

Do you have pictures of the stainless top you had made? Did you need to provide a template for them to fabricate the stainless top? Is there a place I can contact to have one made?

I made a template out of wood to have metal shop cover with stainless steel. Any sheet metal shop capable of welding stainless should be able to make it!
