Ubiquitous AS Pump Problems, New Question

I was also previous poster. 2020 Bambi 20’. I have placed cloth and foam between pipes and boarding in aft storage, under kitchen sink where H/C come through. Bathroom sink not easy to get below. I am attaching a photo with comment and question. Have taken out galley drawers and pulled out furnace facing board. The pump is on rubber bushings, but of course the piping in and out is hard, not flexible as Shurflow recommends. Often running at the sink I get the “growl, pop, pop, pop, growl, pop, pop, pop”. Being on next to last day of 52 day, 8,000 mile trip out west and back, I am beyond disgusted and frustrated with AS pump noise. I have bled off top water from hot water tank as well. But have not yet tried to bleed off low point air via drains as one person suggested. When I visually see and touch the pump while running it does not appear as if the pump is causing any undue vibration at its location. Question: you can see the filter sediment bowl is located on top, whereas Shurflow shows it located on bottom. Is this an issue? I may try to replace the solid in and out connections with the Shurflow flexible kit. Question: The pipe fittings seem tobe some type of crimped connector. How does one remove these. Question: Given the AS is a February 2020 build and a June 2020 new to me unit, should I press AS to repair via a warranty claim? Thanks, Stephen

I have a 2019 20’ FC. Water pump is very loud. I’ve tried holding pipes and pumps while on and hear no significant decrease in noise level. It seems most of the noise is coming from bathroom piping, maybe below shower. I see no reasonable way of getting in there to see how it might be addressed. If anyone else has insight let me know. I would have considered replacing the pump, but I am not sure that is the ultimate cause. Could be poorly secured piping under bathroom. In addition, the pump is very hard to get to in the 20’ model.
